    Upper Back

    Hey guys,

Wondering what are some good workouts to build size in my upper back. I've done a lot of different ones; close grip pulldowns, rows, rev flys..etc..anything else Im leaving out thats good?

    for real?

Three you need and only ones that most people really need are-

    Deads/ rackpulls
    Pullups (not pulldowns)
    Rows

deads only really hit ur lower back, plus is only training it isometrically....just hit some pull-ups/t-bars/bb rows....make sure u focus on lifting with ur back and not ur arms (a huge mistake almost everyone makes)..good luck..
