    Red face Just Some ?'s about my workout this morning

    Hey everybody, It's been a while...my story is I'm looking to get cut up. But Not trying to loose Muscle. I was doing my last few reps, near a Older man doing squats, near my Inclined seat. I was doing curls. Really Trying to Max out, Like my biceps felt like they were going to come out of my skin. when I got done with my Reps. He said to me what are you trying to achieve?? and I openly told the guy. And He told Me that I was doing it the wrong way. So I just said oh yeah, like whatever. He was like you should only be doing Tension, Not free weights. Along with Running every 3rd day of jogging. -Let me tell every 1 my workout today and please tell me whats up. 10am. Preacher Curls-10 reps of 45lbs. for 3 sets. Went to Pull downs for my triceps- 70lbs 10reps for 3 sets. Then to jog for 20min doing Hitt training. Then Squats, 275lbs 10 reps- 3 sets. Then Sat Down Near that older guy. And Maxed out with 30lbs -10 reps, for 3 times. Then I left at 11:25.

    why do you do your HIIT running before your squats?

    Energizer bunny- i dunno y, I guess my mood during then wasn't thinking. Only Of Pumping Weights...

    well idk what you are trying to achieve, what the old guy wants you to do, or why you ae working out like that. (arms, run, squats, arms...?)
