Hey everybody, It's been a while...my story is I'm looking to get cut up. But Not trying to loose Muscle. I was doing my last few reps, near a Older man doing squats, near my Inclined seat. I was doing curls. Really Trying to Max out, Like my biceps felt like they were going to come out of my skin. when I got done with my Reps. He said to me what are you trying to achieve?? and I openly told the guy. And He told Me that I was doing it the wrong way. So I just said oh yeah, like whatever. He was like you should only be doing Tension, Not free weights. Along with Running every 3rd day of jogging. -Let me tell every 1 my workout today and please tell me whats up. 10am. Preacher Curls-10 reps of 45lbs. for 3 sets. Went to Pull downs for my triceps- 70lbs 10reps for 3 sets. Then to jog for 20min doing Hitt training. Then Squats, 275lbs 10 reps- 3 sets. Then Sat Down Near that older guy. And Maxed out with 30lbs -10 reps, for 3 times. Then I left at 11:25.
