Gym only 2 times a week...

So I work 30hrs a week and am a Full time nursing student.. I can make it to the gym tuesday and wed. I'm a big time hard gainer.. My plan is to work out like this:

    tuesday: tri,chest,shoulders
    Wed: Back, bis
    fri(from home): legs

    the next week..

    tuesday: Back, bis
    Wed: legs
    fri(from home) tri, chest, shoulders
    etc...

so every week I'd switch a part to work out from home.
I used to work out 4 times a week before my shoulder surgery. I dropped from 185lbs to 160 (5'11).. I still have only about 6% bodyfat.

Think I'll see any gains working out like this?
No gear, just good diet and creatine. I'd like to see 170lbs by June then I wanna do 4 weeks of Mdrol.

I remember how it is working and going to school full time.

Can you get any free time on the weekends?

What kind of home set up do you have?

My initial thought is that it'd be best to work your large body parts at the gym (legs, back, etc) and use your home set up for the smaller parts (bi's, tri's, etc).

Mine as well, it's much easier to work out arms with a home setup than legs

If you hit legs every week hard in the gym you will be able to get 10lbs by June IMO. Most anyone can put at least a few pounds on their legs in 3 1/2 months hard gainer or not.

Are you sure you cant find an hour a day for four or five days in the week. Gains will be alot faster if you hit the body parts a little more often. You need to be eating clean with lots of protein to gain with that workout.

I only train 3 days a week and get great gains. Training 5 days ew is no good. You need time for your cns to recover. With out your cns recovering your just rebraking down muscle that hasn't healed. I train eod, giving a day of full recovery in-between training and have never felt better

It doesnt matter how good looking she is, some where, some one is tired of her shit.
