Hey guys im following a 5x5 routine right now for all body parts and its working quite well besides my legs. My strength is going up which is good but Im wondering if I can squat 3x a week instead of 2x a week? I am on cycle right now and get PLENTY of sleep and my diet is right on track. Its just the only body part that doesnt get sore is my legs. Everything else is sore especially my chest since its the weakest part of my body (hate it lol). so i was wondering if its ok to squat mon, weds, and friday? I really want to get some good leg strength and mass since baseball is starting up at my jc and all of your power comes from the legs when batting.
