    biceps help and chest

    how many reps increase mass
    i do 4x8 n work each body part
    n take whey protein
    my arms are kinda big but my chest lacks ...help

    a regime wld be good

    Dont worry bwt the numbers what i do is go az heavy as i can 4 2-3reps then my spoter helps me as i need to continue to fatigue train hard and eat hard bro sky is your limit with a good partner

    General rule is 6 - 12reps targeting more around 8 - 10 reps with controled negative 4 seconds down 2 seconds up. You have to make sure your swithing workouts challenging yourself by different exercises more weight etc. Have to be eating properly
    . Make sure your form is good if that is the only body part lagging could be that.
