    bicep peak

my left side is for some reason usually always stronger and a lil bigger. for some reason though my right bicep is the exception, i have a really round good peak on it and my left is a little flat... i do some uni-lateral peak excersises, but was wondering what you guys would do or think i should attempt to fix this??!!

same with me, my right tricep is also dff from my left.
our left may be bigger because (if you are rght handed) you right arm is most likely stronger. While you are doing (for example), 45lb dumbbell curls with your right you can prolly do it a little easier than your left. This leads to the left arm working harder, resulting in a larger muscle
