    3-Day Split, Full-Body vs Push/Pull/Legs

Hi, i've been using a 4-day split for quite awhile now and i have seen good results in size and strength. But im starting to get worn down, and im thinking of switching back to a 3-day split here in a few weeks after i take a week off. I used to do a 3-day full body routine for a long time and i saw great results from that too. My question to you guys is what do you think i should go with between 3 full-body workouts a week versus a 3-day push/pull/legs routine? My main goal right now is to keep bulking up for a few more years then maybe start to cut and maybe compete. I plan to focus whatever routine i choose around the basic compound movements and do between 6-8 reps per set. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Here's a quick write-up of both routines i have in mind.

    Full-Body Push/Pull/Legs
    Monday- Monday-
    Deadlift Deadlift
    Weighted Dips Bent Row
    Leg Press Weighted Chins
    SLDL Barbell Curl

    Wednesday- Wednesday-
    Bench Press Bench Press
    Bent Row Military Press
    Hack Squats Weighted Dips
    Barbell Curl CGBP

    Friday- Friday-
    Squats Squats
    CGBP Leg Press
    Military Press Hack Squats
    Weighted Chins SLDL

I would do 3-4 sets of 6-8 reps on the majority of the lifts. I would aim to up the weight 5lbs or so each week. I would do calves and abs twice a week too. What do you guys think would be the better routine? Thank you.

Look into DC training. it has done AMAZING things for me. diet and rest have to be VERY good in order to be recovered by the next time you work that muscle but its an awesome routine. PM me if you want more in depth info about it.
