    New Routine Opinions

    Current Routine:

    M- Chest
    T-Back
    W-Legs
    Th-Shoulders/Traps
    F- Bi/Tri/Forearms
    Sa- Rest
    Sun-Rest

    New Idea:
    M-Chest
    T-Legs
    W- Back/Biceps
    Th: Shoulders/Triceps
    F: Deadlifts, Shrugs, Forearms, Ab's
    Sat: Rest
    Sun: Rest

    ...any issues with this?

    i dont like training back and legs on consecutive days....but each to there own

    id do
    Back
    Chest
    Legs
    Shoulders/traps
    arms

    I agree! Your current routine looks much better, in fact that is the exact same split I use except I do back on mon and chest on tue. Sometimes I feel "run down" by thursday (the day after legs) and take it off...I then move shoulders to Fri and arms to sat.

    I like the original but legs after back is hectic. Take a day off after back then move the others up one day. train saturday morning. I got better results doing this and didnt feel so run down

    your obviously not training hard enough if you can train 5 days in a row.

    sorry man but i have to disagree......everyone is different, some people can train hard 5 days and some cant, depends on the individual, diet, training routine, whether they use gear, lifestyle, work comitments........

    I somewhat agree w/ you but like energizer bunny stated there are many variables. I too train 5 days in a row and some weeks I feel run down by thur. A lot of it depends on the amount of sleep I get that week too. Is training 5 days in a row overtraining? Hard to say, some weeks I think so and some weeks this split works out nicely.
