Hi guy I am about to start a 15 week sust and eq bulk I am currently 180lbs 16% bf train 5 times a week. Now my question to you guys is it possible if I jogged within my fat burning heartrate zone for 45 minutes a day 3 days a week and cept my diet dialled in during my 15 week course will my body fat drop by the end of my course or am I just hoping for to much? Should I drop the cardio or keep going all help needed and appreciate thanks guys
