    Training 3x day

I lost my job so I got plenty of time on my hands and I find the gym really clears my mind.

    I'm cutting/recomp ATM.

Could I do empty stomach cardio And weights 2x day with pwo cardio and how beneficial to my goals would this be.

two a days are really intense. Three a days would be too much. Your body won't be able to recover fast enough.

If you want to lose weight (including muscle) and be rail thin go ahead.

All you would be doing is breaking down your body day after day....down to nothing eventually.

    Pointless.

agree with the above. Plus you would need to eat a lot more. and now that you're unemployed maybe that isnt such a good idea. Stick to your normal workout routine

when i wanted to do two cardios a day no one told me anything about loosing muscle, but in stead i as told the more the better, i lost more muscle in one month that it took me 6 months to put on. i was told to do HIIT, fvck that, that just melted my muscles away. i used to do one hour cardio, lost fat but also couldn't keep the muscles. so now i've been doing only 30 minutes everyday, its working far batter than anything else i've tried. very low intensity, maximum at 65% of your max heart rate, anymore then you lose muscle in stead. This may vary from person to person, but this is my experience in doing too much cardio.

I get laid off in the winter do a lot of double workouts. Lift for 45-60minutes 20-30 minutes cardio. Don't do more then that for cardio I lose a
lot of muscle if I do and if I'm lifting twice a day only
lift one body part. Have to eat more and usually take nap for hour to two in the afternoon and sleep 8-10 a night. I get real good results
but if I start feeling worn cut back for a bit.

better be ready to eat a frickin' ton of food to keep up that regimine.

i have done the cardio in the morning and weights in the evening and thats a tough thing to keep up on a week to week basis. lots of food and lots of rest is a MUST.

3 a day just sounds like too much to me, unless however, your focusing on single muscle groups per workout.
