I have been teaching my wife how to workout at our local gym. Nothing too serious, just 30 min cardio followed by 30 min weights and machines 3 times a week.
Not sure what she can do about chest since she has implants. Maybe a few high rep sets of machine bench followed by a couple high rep sets pec deck and call it a day? The rest I have covered.
She is just looking to drop about 10 pounds, add a little shape, and tone.
