Yoo man I changed my chet routine about 5 weeks ago and people are saying now my chest looks alot fuller (not on gear)

    this is my routine
3 sets flat DB bench 10,8,8
3 sets incline DB bench 10,8,8
2 sets cable or DB Flys 8,8
3 sets weighted dips (find a rep range that works for you)

every so often I will sway DB for BB, all the best mate

i use dumbells sometime more than i do barbells cause i feel like hit every area of my chest doing so...but i would recommend incline press done with a barbell and flat done with dumbell ..give it a try and you can diffently feel the difference

You can definetly get away with adding a few more sets to your routine. The push ups are great and will make you strong but will not do much to add size. I woulld remove them and maybe move them to another day. Sometimes I do them for my warm up on shoulder/tri day.

I like jjfman's. It is pretty similiar to what I do. With chest you also have to focus on the area that needs to grow more in order to appear balanced. MEaning you might need to do more set on incline then flat if your upper chest is lagging.

definitely incline press, it worked great for me. but due to shoulder injuries i use a smith machine.

I would throw in a DB exercise with what you have. Possibly a decline since you already have flat and incline. IMO, DB's hit different muscle fibers than BB presses.

In my own experience, I trained barbell presses for 4 years straight. Never seen a need to switch it up because my gains never stopped during that period. Then when I plateaued, I decided to go straight DB's. I made crazy gains with that for about 5 or 6 months. Then after that I decided to incorporate both DB and BB into my routine. Guess what happened when I went back to barbells? My BB bench press was about 10 lbs less! This despite nearly doubling my DB press in a mere 6 months.

Just speaking from my experience, I don't have a degree in kinesiology or anything but I think BB's and DB's each hit something alittle different.
