Flexibility-gone
Not that I was the most flexible before, but now after putting on about 18 solid pounds in about 5 weeks I can barely scratch my trap without feeling like I am going to tear something.
Very stiff and bulky feeling with limited range of motion.
Anything I can do to help with this?

Yep^^hold stretched for 20 second. I'm pretty lucky, my girl streches and rubs me all the time, and man does it hurt so good she makes me yell... But I have to kick her outa the kitchen if I wana eat. Lol! win some loose some

You can change your muscles the most when they're growing.
If you stretch while you're building muscle, your muscles will become more flexible. I'm actually more flexible now that I was when I started bodybuilding.
If you don't stretch... your muscles will get comfortable in the range of motion that you're using them.
