Right now i can train 5 days but would like to do some push ups every morning maybe one or 2 sets to failure. What do you guys think, good or bad?

I wouldn't do it the day after a chest workout or tricep workout.
Sure why not.
bottom line, listen to your body.
I do these everyday. 2 sets of 50 and I love the feeling. When I go a day without doing it I feel like shit.
