    No lower body or cardio

Severe bone bruise on my knee...very limited mobility as swelling is still going down. DR says won't be running or squatting for months and told not to stand and lift weights. Sucks literally watching my quad/hamstring atrophy but beats microfracture surgery.

Looking for suggestions on how to turn upper body lifts into both aerobic/anaerobic workouts. Supersetting movements, increased reps, etc.

Open to any suggestions at this point. Thanks!

you could try to put some kind of upper body circuit training together, if your gym has a speed bag and/or heavy bag and if youre physically able to use that, its good cardio. IMO you sound pretty boned, but if I was in your position I'd def be trying to do something too. There's gotta be a way though, you ever see the handicapped body builders? they get pretty jacked.

To carryout cardio with min load or stress to your legs I would say rowing machine or bike and keep it easy you will still burn doing light sessions also aerobic the big ball to do abs this also keeps the load of your legs and you could look in to water aerobics this is good for keeping the load off and gives you a good cardio workout

Swimming is cool, I think it is the hardest and lowest impact cardio sport ever. Sense your knees jacked it could really help w rehab. I just now learning how to swim good. Its freakn hard tryn to breath, and all you do is called a flutter kick. Very limited range of motion. its definately something that takes practice to get good at. I also have a jacked knee but it was broken. Being in the pool makes everyday things easyer too cuz it makes all the muscles work, and relives stress caused by every day activity. Sense I don't really sweat in the pool YET cuz I'm still learnin, I jump in the sauna and sweat my ass off..
