    P90X workout

    what do u guys think about the P90X workout videos. i train MMA and going to take a nice cycle and HGH since training MMA there isnt any weight lifting in the gym i was planning on doing the P90X in the morning for my weight training. i have the pullup stand with dip and power blocks that go up to 90lbs.

    test-e 750 week weeks 1-15
    eq 600 week weeks 1-12
    anavar 80mg ed weeks 7-14
    hcg 250 twice a week
    pct clomid nolvadex
    HGH 3ius 5 on 2 off adding 1iu every month till i hit 6ius 10-12 months

    there workout videos called p90X there a really good workout and from what i see i belive what i see with the results has anyone on here used them or no anyone that has and got good results

    p90x would be pretty good for cutting and getting into a fighting shape

    Why are you doing that much gear if you want to lose 30 lbs?

    cuz i still wana get jacket but wana loose the fat thats an avg. cycle for me i got a big build i dont know how low in weight i can get i wouldnt mind getting bigger just need to shred the fat more

    did p90x---bad idea----way too high intensity---lost 8lbs of muscle and stayed at the same bf%----and my diet was dead on---been trying to put that muscle back on for 4 mo
