Ok being in the military, everybody has a different quick fix to helping your run time.
well I was wondering who has heard some, who has tried them, and who things they are myth, fact, or placebo.
*Take an advil an hour before running to keep from muscle cramps
*drink tons and tons of water the day before
*take an asprin right before running
*cut out sugar and caffeine for 24 hours prior to the run, then drink a red bull 20mins before running.
*get a massage the evening before you run for time.
*eat whole grain pasta the night before.
truth to some, myth to some.. just wondering things people have tried or had work or not work
