    some help for my lady..

    alright so ive been researching alot to find a workout suitable for my girlfriend, meaning she basically just wants to be more tone. The idea of bulking to her is out of the question! she is already in very good shape, as she is a cheerleader/tumbler, so she already has a nice amount of muscle on her for a young woman. However she enjoys working out in the off-season, and im sure if she could get a little more tone she would be thrilled!

    btw she eats clean as is, and if she feels ANY bulkier, im going to be bitched out... nooo thank you. so any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    Cardio-higher reps lower weights- cardio- keep diet strict or use a caloric deficit- cardio lol. Get the picture?

    If she eats really clean, then maybe she can get her tdee/bmr and find out what her maintained calorie goal is, then subtract around 200-300 calories at first to see how she responds... Or is stricter diet out of the question too?
