300mg/week deca-- week 1-8
20mg dbol/day--week 1-4
50mg winstrol/eod, week 7-10
insulin humalog 7ui morning and 7ui post training, week 1-5, and use in postcyle week 11-15.
gh-2ui morning and 2 ui 1hour Before training, 6 days on, 1off, the use for 36weeks.
t4- 100mcg/day, week 1-5 and week 11-15.
the cycle I have everything clear.
routines designed:
3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off, and divide the body into 4 like this:
Monday - back-biceps
Tuesday - chest - triceps-abs
wednesday-legs-calves
Thursday-off
Friday-shoulders-abs trapeze
saturday-back to start
Sunday off
Monday-second day again, and so on, so you work every muscle group every 5 days.
the second routine is 2days on, 1day off, 2days on, 1day off and is still.
