So my question is it ok to work out heavy all year? Some people say every 3 or 4 months do light weight high reps. I change my workouts up every 1 to 3 months but like my name says im a slow gainer. Ive been lifting for about 4 years but just really got on my diet. Ive been looking and resreaching gear for about 8 months but i have no access to it and im not going to google a site and get scammed. any help or advise would help thanks guys.
