today was my first day of my ECA stack. I plan on doing it 3 weeks on 1 week off. my first question is, should i still take the stack on my days off which would be once or twice a week?
well this is what i did today
-woke up took 25mg eph, 200m caffiene, 160m asp(2 baby asp)
-cardio for 45mins
-ate 4 egg whites, scoop of protein and a whole wheat toast.
-3/4 hours later i took another ECA stack and i ate 1 1/2 sliced chicken breast on ONE whole wheat.
-lifted
-then i ate one scoop of protein
-an hour later i ate 1 1/2 chicken breast with little rice and some strawberrys.
this is what i plan on doing and i plan on incorporating a BCAA shake with my morning ECA stack before my cardio and aswell as during my lifting.
*is it normal that my heart beats faster throughout the day then usual?
*should I still take ECA stack on days off? and how much?
*is it ok to eat with an ECA stack?
*after my morning cardio i felt like i could also do my lifting right after the cardio but I would have nothing in my stomach... would this be ok? would save me alot of gas =P
wow ECA has giving me energy I have never felt before and i LOVE IT... but god am i exhausted. I WOULD LOVE to hear what you guys think. Thank you in advance.
