Right people, i am currently training as listed, but was wondering if anyone had any bright ideas on a better routine...

Mon - Chest / Tri
Tue - Legs / Traps
Wed - Cardio / Abs
Thurs - Bi / Back
Fri - Shoulder / Other Lagging areas
Sat - Cardio only

I tend to do 15 sets per body part/8-12 rep range.
