    Chest question

    can someone tell me what exercises work best to get that nice line that goes from the nipple to right by the armpit??? Have nice line under chest but the sides are lacking it's like the line just stops ...???how do you get that rounded buldge on outside of chest???

    lower body fat, and try using wider grip on bench press

    if you choose to use a wider than normal grip on BP be aware that this causes more stress on your tendons/ligaments in your shoulder and therefore you shouldn't use the full range of motion all the way down to your chest. A lot of people feel this hits their chest more because it elimanates some of the power from the triceps, but it can be dangerous, lift safely.

    A bigger chest in general.

    I would focus on making your chest as big as possible and then when you loose BF you should see better definition

    i use a wide grip on my BP and it works really well for me
