when I did it the first time I put on 6 or 7 lbs naturally so no I don't think you could lose weight doing it.

I really like DC training, especially the strength gains.
You shouldn't have problem if you follow the program as written, and don't try to change it around in stupid ways.
Just eat big, and beat the log book everytime

Dogg crap is an awsome way of training for sure, it gives the muscles alot of thickness/density.
If you are gonna do it though, 4 days training a week is enough, you muscles need longer to recover from that sort of training.
Also, with this sort of training, a partner is somtimes nesessary because you will be performing nagatives and forced reps etc.

4 days a week??? I thought It was a Mon-wed-Fri routine outlines like this??
Workout A
Chest
Shoulder
Tri
Back(width/thicknes)
workout B
Bi's/foreamrs
Legs
Calves

4 days max, depends on the person, no routine is set in stone for anyone.
This type of training does'nt appeal to me, i tried it for a while... i added some thickness, but i find high volume training works better for me.

Guess you need to find what works best for your OWN body but certainly changing up routines is IMO a must. Personally I prefer DC to high volume. Everyone has their flavor
