Seated Concentration curls or preacher bench curls with straight bar.

I wouldn't agree with first, but agree with the second. Concentration is more aimed at peak in my opinion.
Preacher curls with straight bar, standard barbell curls, and hammer curls.
Lack of thickness is lack of mass. Concentrate on the mass movements.
EDIT to the thread writer:
Assuming you are talking about relaxed arms to the side front view, and not front double bicep pose, in which case peak would be significant.

its hard to grow your arms exclusively from the front view, dont´t forget that the shape of your muscle is also affected by your genetics.
I´d say u just need to workout more on your biceps and it will come with the mass.
