4 times is going to be too much....2 or at most 3 times a week. You have to remember your arms are getting a workout when you do chest and back also, they need a break once in a while. I would stick to 2 dedicated arm workouts, if they are lagging that bad.
I dont know if Test is making me recover any faster. I worked out my legs 5 days ago and decided to do them today and I could only get 2 sets done before my legs were stressin.
So obviously they arent fully recovered yet
your arms will follow suit to the rest of your body.
once is plenty mate. your arms get worked out when you do heavy back and chest exercises. even on steroids you need time to recover
even on juice your body needs time to recover. you are already lifting heavier and probaly more sets and reps no more than 2 if one is a light day, but do it right and 1 time is all you need.
I only do one time a week. I may change it up to 1.5 a week but that's it.
I did 2 or 3x a week YEARS ago for Years and never gained any size.![]()
If you do it correctly the first time there is no need to do arms no more than once per wk. It would be impossible for me to train them more than once with the intensity I use.
If u wanna work them out 3-4 times a week u could go with the HST program.
But you cant work em out 3-4 times a week with many sets...
once a week is my sweet spot
well to answer your question....yes you can (you could work them out four times a day if you want)....is it a good idea? No its not....ive found working them out less has given me more, i only do two exercises and 2 sets for biceps and the same for triceps.....and i def like better..
