This post is probably from your "first cycle thread" I am guessing, I think your using too many exercises per body part if your doing all of the above ones. Do 4 to 5 exercises per large muscle with 3 sets each . Do 3 exercises per small muscle with 3 sets each.
You can change which exercises you do from week to week, but keep your core exercises in each routine, for example always do flat bench press for chest , barbell curls for biceps , squats for legs, dead lifts for back , military press for shoulders.
You dont have any thing listed for traps as in shrugs, and I see no forearm work, if you just started lifting in February I wouldnt leave out body parts.
