    i wana just incorperate circuit into my routine twice a week just to brake the bordome.

    my new routine would look like

    mon = chest/shoulders/tris, 30mins cardio
    tues = traps/back/bis, 30mins cardio
    wed = legs, 10mins cardio circuit
    thurs = chest/shoulders/tris, 30mins cardio
    fri = traps/back/bis, 30mins cardio
    sat = 20 mins cardio 3 rounds of skipping circuit

    do you think i will still be able to put mass on with this.

    what sort of circuit do you use?

    im thinking of using a bulgarian bag and a mace club and throw in some body weight exercsies.

    thinking of somthing like

    x 1 min then a 1 min brake then repeat 3 to 4 times

    1 squats with bulgarian bag
    2 press ups
    3 sit ups with bulgarian bag or med ball
    4 pull ups
    5 bulgarian bag shoulder swings
    6 dips
    7 bulgarian bag swings vertical
    8 mace club swings
    9 burpiess with bulgarian bag and press up

    1 mins rest then repeat.

    let me know what you think?

    and if you could post some ideas you think i might enjoy?

    cheers

    well im no expert but id say diet will dictate whether you gain or lose mass, and obviously gentetics and any additional supps you are taking......at the min im folowing the CKD eating plan, so my workouts are based around that diet....i do one super intense circuit training per week (combat condition class) its with a group on friday evening for 45 mins,,fuken killer.....tyre jumps, sprints,bag caries, hammer hits, Kbells etc,,everyweek is diferent.......mon-wed i do a standard weight routine icluding deads, squats, bench etc....thursday i do bag work.....this is the basics of my week....i bike and run also, but dif week dif schedule.......

    as for your circuit...it looks good mate might even be to much (depending on your level of fitness) doing it 3 x week with the weights inbetween........go for it and keep record of how you feel and change from there........
