so basically i just want to know if it is okay to switch my leg day to monday instead of saturday. My normal workout routine as is follows:
tues-shoulders/triceps
wed-back
thurs-rest
friday-chest/bicep
sat-legs
A problem has developed for me at work and i can no longer get to the gym on saturday and i can not go sunday either so monday seems like the best choice to work my legs, i dont think it will hurt my tues/wed workouts but i could be wrong. Just wanted some advice.
