also my muscles the day after training are always sore. is this good?

first of all..your calories are way down..which is why your muscles are so sore. you are a decent sized person, 50 grams of carbs on average isnt going to cut it. You need to go see the diet section, post up your exact diet and everyone will help you out.

You need to up your caloric intake IMO. You would probably see greater loss at 2500-3000 calories a day. When you create too great of a deficit with that intense of a workout regime, your body will go into starvation mode and eat the very muscle you are trying to maintain. In the past month, I have upped my intake by about 500-750 calories a day and actually started losing weight again while reducing my cardio. I realized I wasn't taking in enough calories. All this to say, this is just me so you may be different.
