Do u think its enough training while on gear? Trainin one body part per day.or is it best to train 2 body parts a day n go for same body part 2x a week

I've always felt that training one body part per day brings better results. The only body part I do twice a week is abs and tris. I'll do a very light tri workout after chest and then again on arm day. But for me those days are 4 days apart so it works.
