Currently training 3 days on 1 off , like this : Back, Chest, Arms, off , Legs, Shoulders/traps ect ect and so on..
Doing all main compound excercises of course (deadlifts, squats, benchpress,militarypress,romanian deadlifts)
MY partner recently suggested doing HST - i think that stands for hypertrophy specific training .. i understand the concept of it Just curious what you people think of it and your opinions: thank you..
Also i am 5'5 205 aprx 15-16% bfat Also keep in mind just started running my first cycle which is just Test E, soon to kick in some EQ .. Just started week 2 yesterday --
