    Post Workout Shower?

What's better for post workout, a cold shower or a hot shower? Does anyone know the difference between the two? Pros-Cons??? Thanks...

right after a workout go cold shower, it reduces muscle inflammation. after 42 hours then you can use the hot shower to get the blood flowing

I like the hot shower to open the pores and get clean then I go with a cold shower as it feels refreshing.

There's not often 42 hours between my workouts.. if I did this I'd always have to take cold showers... lol.
