Training ur lower body gets ur upper body stronger?
This has been a question that has bothered me for a long time. Does exercising ur lowerbody increase the testosterone in ones body, resulting in faster upper body muscle growth.
Is this another myth?
Had there been tests? How were they made? What was prooven?
Im sceptical about everything i hear/read that i cant test myself.

Here was a link to a study done on that same thing. The article is also quite interesting. From my own experience, training legs with a specific bodypart for some reason helps that bodypart grow quicker. Additionally, routines I have planned with higher compound movements in them seem to also help with growth in other places. I would imagine IGF-1 levels would be responsible, but the only research I have found recently is provided.
