    Stair Climbing

    Work in a commercial office building and looking for a way to do cardio at work. Would walking up the flights of stairs of a 30 story building at a low intensity pace be a good way to shed fat without giving up much muscle?

    yes i think so, try hitting the first 10 story's fast and cool back down
