    FortifiedIron's hypertrophy program

Has anyone ever tried FortifiedIron's hypertrophy program? As seen here:

    http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=493507

Basically, it's a 4 days a week upper/lower split really focusing on the big 6 (flat bench, overhead press, row, pull ups, squats, deads). And there is NO direct arm work and NO calve work.

What kind of results would a program like this produce?

any routine that involves a lot of compound movents would be decent. I am familure with that work out it would be very good for someone to use who is still in building a base or who wants to do a cycle of heavy training to increase strength. Though any program stressing them movents logicaly would be good

On a side note, I'm doing an altered version of this routine (3 days a week ABA BAB). I'm just worried my medial delts, bis, and tris won't be getting worked enough:

    Day 1 Upper

    1. Flat dumbbell bench press 3x8-10
    2. Bent over two arm dumbbell rows with elbows flared out 3x8-10
    3. Seated dumbbell shoulder press 3x8-10
    4. Wide grip lat pulldowns to the front 3x8-10

    Day 2 Lower

    1. Sled hack squat machine 3x8-10
    2. Lying leg curls 3x8-10
    3. Standing calve raises 3x8-10
    4. Weighted crunches 3x8-10

What do you fellas think of my routine?
