    any p90x users?

    anyone tried out p90x yet? i've been doing it for about 2months. i have never worked so hard before in my life. its great tho

    I tried and liked it. Seems to be a good routine for overall fitness. The duration of the workouts is why I stopped though. It just became too hard to take a 60-90 minute chunk out of my day.

    circuit training where your HR is 135 + for the whole time is a good thing for burning fat, for building muscle or strength?? no.. stamina and endurance, its a program for sure..

    Seems gimmicky but rome wasn't built in a day. I started out just doing bicep curls and push ups. Now I'm proud to say my repertoire includes the squat, deadlift, bench press and clean and press. Use it as a stepping stone and keep progressing.

    Did you need to buy a workout "program" to do that?
