Losing BF without losing muscle

225 lbs
14% bf 7 point test yesterday
running
3ius a day gh 3 on 3 off
200 mg prop eod
100 mg tren eod
t3 17 mcgs ed
330 gms protien
330 gms carbs
80 gms fat
Im doing 30 min of cardio on empty stomach in the am, then later in the day lifting followed with 30 min of cardio. No cardio on leg day, and all cardio is at 60%. Is this the best protocol for fat loss without losing to much muscle?
