workout routine good/bad ???
i like to train about 5 times a week and i havent had a probelem with overtraining, my weeks always vary so i necessarily keep to a mon,tues,wed... schedule but i have a 3 way split and i go in order and try for 4-5 days a week
workout 1 chest/shoulder/tricep
flat bench 5sets 6reps..then after i lower weight and 1set 15reps
should press 3sets 10reps
fly machine 3sets 10 reps
dips 2sets to fail
tricep pulldown 3 sets to fail
workout 2 back/traps/bicep
lat pulldown
close grip 3sets 10 reps
wide grip 3 sets 10 reps
upright row 5 sets 8 reps
shrugs 5 sets 15 reps
EZbar preacher curls 3 sets 10 reps
workout 3 legs
deadlift 6 sets 10 reps
squat 5 sets 10 reps
invert leg press 2sets 20 reps
leg extention 3 sets 10 reps
i am 19
weigh 190lbs
bench 3RM 165lbs
deadlift 3RM 245lbs
squat 3RM 205lbs
any suggestions?
