    Is this a good training routine??

    Looks solid. It could use a little more volume (more exercises and sets). Also, if this is a routine that is trying to build strength and size then I would throw some sets of 5x5 and 3x10 in there. Meaning, use heavier weight and do less reps. Overall though, especially if you are just starting, it looks solid.
