    Exclamation Workout Routine

    Hey guys, I just started my Bulking Up diet and workout routine,
    and was wondering if i should just focus on 1 body part per week
    or continue with my current workout wich consits of...

    This is all Heavy weights Low reps.

    Mon.
    Chest & Triceps

    Tue.
    Back, Shoulders, & Biceps

    Wed.
    OFF

    Thur.
    Hams., Quads., & Calves

    Fri.
    Chest & Triceps

    Sat
    Back, Shoulders, & Biceps

    Sun
    OFF

    If youre trying to bulk just go with something simple..major body parts once a week.

    Chest/Tri
    Back/Bi
    Legs/calves
    Shoulders/abs
