Quick question, what do you suggest is a good cardio workout using a home gym, bench press and dumb bells? I'm thinking of doing all body parts using lots of repetitions and not necessarily going heavy and doing it once a week.

If you're using a universal you would just have to move from one exercise to the next, no rest. Or you could just do calisthenics, they're always a great workout/cardio combo.
