So i have had new opportunities open up for me and im able to spend alot more time on my physic.
question is if i do cardio and lift everyday, how long in between cardio and lifting do i need for my body to restore all of the glucose and energy ive lost by running before i lift?
talking about running 4 miles, 7:30 pace - 30 min.
then lifting how much later before im good to go.
i usually run in the morning and lift in the evening but sometimes i can run in the afternoon like around 1400-1500 then go lift around 20:00, is that ok?
