my diet has been in a little funk lately i guess i feel kind of hormonal..but ive been eating a lot which is good..my training intensity has gone down drastically, i feel like i have no energy or pump or strength..im still trying to do cardio everyday or every other day but now it seems like a chore instead of a good pump..im almostr done with my first week of pct so i figure this might be kind of normal.any suggestions to help my pump until i normalize?
