    terrible workouts during PCT? craving bad food? lol

    my diet has been in a little funk lately i guess i feel kind of hormonal..but ive been eating a lot which is good..my training intensity has gone down drastically, i feel like i have no energy or pump or strength..im still trying to do cardio everyday or every other day but now it seems like a chore instead of a good pump..im almostr done with my first week of pct so i figure this might be kind of normal.any suggestions to help my pump until i normalize?

    Hi try NO EXplode. its awsome for pumps... helps me stay focused in the gym on my off days...

    As for the bad food cravings i get them all the time

    Seems like a lot of people will start using jack3d or some other pre workout supp for a little boost during PCT. I highly recommend jack3d!.

    I'm planning on running creatine and s4. Need to do some more research on the s4 before I confirm though.

    You need a slamming preworkout cocktail.

    Arginine, creatine, beta alanine, caffeine and some BCAA's do the trick for me.

    I take nothing on cycle so that when I come off I can use that stuff to kick in my workouts and keep some of my strength.
