    Bicep

    hey guys !!

iv been training for some time now and everything seems to be going the right direction except for my arms. but what im concerned about is my bicep , it doesn't seem to be growing. my bicep workout usually involves having heavy weights with low reps which is supposed to give me mass or muscle growth but i see nothing growing, but every now and then i tend to go with heavy weights and do alot of drop sets or go medium weights with lots of reps and that's when i see a pump in my biceps and the next day i feel the post delay muscle pain which i think indicates i did a good workout the day before . so with regards to the bicep workout do you suggest i follow the low reps heavy weights or light/medium weights with lots of reps ,, at this point i want to have big arms im guessing the shape will come later

id appreciate if anyone could lead me the right direction

start doing some pull ups (palms facing you), I'm sure you hate them but it's a great compound exercise for your bi's

Stick to around 12 working sets and make sure to have proper form. If you are using alot of body english to get the weight up you are actually working your targeted muscle less than using a lighter weight and using precise form.
