    Hiit vs inclined treadmill

Hey guys as far as cardio what are your thoughts on hiit vs inclined low impact treadmill.

Here are some facts. I have two herniated discs so I am always careful what cardio I do. I have done ten bursts during a hiit session as well as a steady fast walk on a heavily inclined treadmill for 45 minutes.

Both ha e worked well for me in the past. As I wind down my test var cycle I plan on doing clen during pct. What are your thoughts on the hiit bs the treadmill?

So far I see the hiit takes less time to do but the treadmill is for literally three times as long per workout.

    Thanks for your thoughts

As I just mentioned on another post, HIIT on the incline treadmill for 20 minutes three times a week should be all you need. The incline will put more stress upon the calves and less on joints, back, etc along with challenging your body a bit more. I personally run on a incline treadmill using HIIT principles and have had success.
