    Arrow what is the maximum training i can do

    what is the maximum training you can do if your training natural ?
    at the moment i am training 3 days per week split muslce groups
    monday:chest-bicep
    wednesday:back-tricep
    friday:shoulders-legs
    sometimes i do legs solo on a sunday if i feel like i wont get a good session out on the friday.
    can you train much more natural ?

    Everyone is different when it comes to overtraining. Most people end up overtraining because they don't recover properly. Either from not allowing enough time/rest between workout sessions and/or not getting the right nutrition.

    You can't go wrong with working each muscle group once a week.

    Do bicep with back and tricep with chest otherwise you will be training them twice. Chest press works tricep and all back exercises do biceps
