My lifts:
Deadlift 300x8 raw
Bench 225x8
legpress: 600x12 (knee touches chest)
PARALLEL SQUAT: 135x10 and struggling.
I cant seem to go beyond 1 plate without falling on my ass. i have zero balance. how can i fix this?
