    How should I train on PCT?

    Hey guys im beginning pct and i was wondering what kind of split I should do. When I was on I did....

    Chest/Bi/Abs/cardio
    Back/Tri/Cardio
    Shoulders/traps/abs/cardio
    Legs
    ......repeat(took off on sundays)

    I was thinking of doing this for PCT

    Chest/Bi/abs
    cardio
    Back/tri/abs
    Shoulders/traps/cardio
    legs
    cardio
    .....repeat

    what do you guys think?

    You definitely need more rest when on pct. I'd go with 3-4 days lifting per week, which it looks like you do. I would focus on the basic heavy movements and keep workouts no more than 30-45 min. I see you have cardio in there too...make sure you're eating enough and resting enough with cardio and lifting to support the gains you made. Wouldn't try and 'diet' for at least 4 weeks(just covering all the bases, lol) either...

    I'm sure some other more experienced members will chime in, but those are some pointers from a few good threads I've read...
