You definitely need more rest when on pct. I'd go with 3-4 days lifting per week, which it looks like you do. I would focus on the basic heavy movements and keep workouts no more than 30-45 min. I see you have cardio in there too...make sure you're eating enough and resting enough with cardio and lifting to support the gains you made. Wouldn't try and 'diet' for at least 4 weeks(just covering all the bases, lol) either...
