I have been seriously lifting for just over a year now. I started at 170 lbs. and now weigh 200lbs (finally) with a bench over 300lbs. Now it's time for me to cut. Gaining weight has been tough for me because of my high metabolism. I HAVE to have 6 meals a day RELIEIGOUSLY or I can easily drop 4-5 lbs in a week (not kidding). I also had to cut cardio to 2 X's a week for 20 min. to gain weight.
My question is should I keep the same calories coming in? Do I drop calories? Go up? An added problem is I am going to Air Assault School at the end of August so my cardio will be mutlipied by long and hard ruck marches almost daily. Anyone have an Idea of what I should do?Advise?
AND since I am in the Workout forum. Anyone heard/tried Crossfit? I ran into a old military buddy who is now an 18 series. He said this program has allowed him to keep a lot of his strength and increase his cardio dramatically (Dude was F'in Jacked!)
And lastly I am not the biggest dude here nor the most in shape but I'm getting there thanks to dedicated and helpful individuals on this forum I have learned so much and applied it for good results, thanks to all who help the newbie! Most of all thanks to Oki power for all his insight!
